Maple Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients:

Directions:

Wash rhubarb and cut in small pieces.  Mix with sugar and flour.

Put in bottom of baking dish.

Mix together rolled oats, sugar, flour and melted butter or margarine until crumbly.

Spread over rhubarb mixture.

Bake in 350° F oven for 45 minutes or until rhubarb is cooked and bubbly around edges.

 
Filling:  
 Rhubarb  4 cups
 Granulated maple sugar  1 cup
 All purpose flour  1/4 cup
   
 Topping:  
 Quick cooking rolled oats  1 cup
 Butter or margarine, melted  1/3 cup
 Granulated maple sugar  3/4 cup
 All purpose flour  3/4 cup
