Springdale Maple Tarts



Mix all the filling ingredients and fill the tart shells to very near the top. 

Bake at 400 °F for 15 to 20 minutes. The filling should be allowed to bubble up but not overflow.

You can use frozen tart shells or make your own pastry shells.

 Raisins                            1 cup
 Granulated maple sugar 1 cup
 Melted margarine 1/2 cup
 Egg 1
 Maple syrup 1/4 cup
